Once the user has got approval for COMSOL usage, server details are sent to them. If a user is unable to connect to the license server, it would usually issue with Firewall at the institution or proxy server settings. We would suggest trying to connect using mobile data when you face such an issue, if it doesn't work even on Mobile data, then report to the I-STEM Team. If it works on mobile data but not on LAN then the user has to contact their network support team to allow our server IP and port number through the proxy and firewall, whichever applicable.
